UKPK 3 Pin V2 Ergo 5mm Scales in Cotton Micarta (Sculls & Roses) Gloss finish
A set of replacement V2 Ergo 5mm Scales to fit the UKPK 3 Pin in Cotton Micarta (Sculls & Roses)
Cnc cut & hand finished to achieve a perfect fit and feel,
These are my newly designed V2 Ergo Scales that incorporate 5mm Scales with all edges round over and the face is curved with finger grooves added on the belly to help with unrestricted opening,
All these improvements give the scales a more traditional feel and fit,
Belt clip pockets can be configured from the options menu.
The Micarta used in these Scales is produced in-house from 100% Cotton stock based on a Black, Red and White Sculls & Roses scene and is comprised of 25 random layers of pattern,
Due to the pattern variation of the base material no 2 Scales will be the same,
The Scales are hand sanded to 1000 grit then given several coats of Shellac to seal the ends of the fibres prior to a final sand to 2000 grit, After sanding the Scales are given several coats of 2K clear coat acrylic lacquer prior to a final buff & Polish .
These Scales will be manufactured in small batches and sold from stock so no pre-orders necessary,
The Scales use the existing hardware and are supplied with 2 x 0.2mm phosphor bronze washers,
A concentric Cam will be supplied for adjusting the back spring tension and a brass locking washer will be supplied for the Pivot D Pin along with phosphor bronze washers,
The screw holes are D shaped to take the D shaped barrel pins.
