Maple Burl cutting and finishing service (MA EK3R).

This is the service required to produce or finish scales for the MA EK3R in Maple burl from the categories listed.

• TOB Cutting service only (tabbed on blank), This the service to cut the scales only and supplies them attached to the blank via tabs ready for safe transport, the scales will need to be removed from the blanks, hand finished and fitted via your existing fittings/hardware, ideal for anyone who likes to get involved and tinker.
• CF Service (cut and finish), This is the full cut and finish service, the scales will be cut from the selected blanks, hand finished and test fitted to our reference scale before being coated with 2k clear gloss lacquer then polished, The finished scales will then be sent out for self installation via your own fittings/hardware.
• CFF Service (cut/finish and fit), This is the full cut/finish and fit service, the scales will be cut from the selected blanks, hand finished and coated with 2k clear gloss lacquer then polished and fitted to your existing knife via your existing fittings/hardware, the completed knife will be despatched back to the address provided at the time of order via registered post (additional postage cost included). on completion of the ordering service the knives should be sent to the address on the contact us page (supply a note with your details and order number in the package), If you are sending multiple knives for scale replacement then please select the appropriate number of corresponding services.

These services should be combined with the appropriate scales from the stabilised scales section .

We will endeavour to supply a speedy service when possible, a guide timescale is supplied below.

• TOB orders should be despatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of order.
• CF orders should be despatched within 3-5 working days from receipt of order.
• CFF orders should be despatched within 5-7 working days from receipt of existing hardware.
